Jessica, the assistant who placed my attachments, was amazing, super precise, gentle, and made the whole process feel smooth from start to finish. Sylviane was also so sweet and welcoming, keeping things light and making sure I was comfortable the whole time.The team here is professional, friendly, and clearly cares about their patients. "Dr. Baum and his staff were incredibly kind, and made the entire Invisalign process extremely pleasant. It is rare to have a dentist/orthodontist’s office operate as smoothly as Baum Braces. They were so helpful and always very empathetic, including when I had to pause treatment for a bit while dealing with other health issues. Dr. Baum also always goes out of his way to come over and say hello and ask how you are doing/make conversation when you are at an appointment. Baum and saw more results in two months than I had with braces. Each checkup and visit everyone top down was kind and caring and genuinely was glad to see the invisalign was working. "We went to get braces for my son, who had a LOT of uncertainty about them. He really wanted Invisalign. The staff at Baum talked to us for an hour about the pros and cons of each, helped us with the cost and didn’t bat an eye about us switching at the last minute to Invisalign and setting up a new appointment. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They have always been exactly on time with our appointments and we are in and out. Very clean and wonderful staff. "Perfection! The staff is the friendliest I've ever come across in the medical field! Dr. Baum and his staff handle your teeth as if it's their own. My were crooked and jagged and after only 8 months of using his Invisalign and visiting for check ups, my teeth are practically straight and beautiful! I would recommend Dr. Baum to anybody with orthadontal issues or for whoever needs braces. May I also add the invaslign itself is hassle free and such an amazing alternative to metal braces!
