The points program is awesome, they are so accomodating when brackets or wires go wonky, they have two offices so we could always go in on the day we wanted, very easy to fiddle with payment dates and cards, and so much more. "My children have been coming for years - I trust Dr. Baum’s team - one of my kids is now done with treatment and it came out great. The others are currently still in treatment or yet to begin. I got 4 opinions from different orthodontists on treatment for my oldest before coming to Baum — one thing I can say is he never made me feel like he was trying to sell me the most expensive/complex plan (whereas other orthodontists I can’t say the same for). I have always felt like Baum is in the business of doing what is best for each individual child, and every mouth is definitely different!"

I was blown away by his achievements and communitive experiences.After working in the medical field I became very picky over doctors because there are far and few in between who are truly passionate about what they do. Dr.Baum is one of the few who is truly passionate, and his office culture/environment proves it.As far as treatment.. my daughter’s teeth are perfect and her treatment plan has followed the exact outline he gave to us on day 1. The doctor is quick to come over and access your progress, answer questions and let you know what your next step is. The assistant explains when your next appointment is and what you need to do to ready for it. The final step is check out which makes an appointment according to the doctors plan for you and with. "I started with Baum Braces when I moved to Newtown in 2016, I was already four years into having braces and they made the transition as comfortable and smooth as possible, I had a different set of brackets than the ones Baum typically used but it was no problem for them at all. I was in braces for a total of six years and they were always super flexible about appointments, adjustments, and any occasion where I needed something fixed, for example, a bracket had popped off and they were able to get me in the next day. If you’re new to the area or are just looking for an orthodontist, Dr. Baum and the rest of the team are amazing and I highly recommend them!"
