"A couple weeks ago, my daughter had a consultation at Baum Braces. We had several friends who recommended them. The moment we walked in- they made us feel welcome. My daughter was very nervous and they were very understanding and compassionate. The receptionist on the phone as well as the one in the office were both friendly. She suggested the cute game-room, which helped to ease her nerves and distract her. They also offered a coffee/tea station for adults as well. The waiting area was clean and spacious. We did not wait long (about 5-8 minutes max). Nicole did our intake and took the scans. She was very kind, informative, and helped to make my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter was also very excited about the rewards/incentives they offer as well. Dr. Blanck met with us and was also very friendly. He understood my daughter's reservations and answered any questions we had. They were not pushy, were sensitive to diverse needs, and were very amiable. For these reasons, my daughter decided to start the treatment that day (which was HUGE, considering her sensory needs and nerves). From start to finish, we enjoyed our experience there and were ready to start our journey!"
