"All three kids are in braces right now and we, collectively, cannot think of one thing we haven't liked about Baum. The points program is awesome, they are so accomodating when brackets or wires go wonky, they have two offices so we could always go in on the day we wanted, very easy to fiddle with payment dates and cards, and so much more. Zero pain points from start to finish....and we are almost finished! Thanks to everyone at Baum!"

"Dr. Baum and his staff were incredibly kind, and made the entire Invisalign process extremely pleasant. It is rare to have a dentist/orthodontist’s office operate as smoothly as Baum Braces. They were so helpful and always very empathetic, including when I had to pause treatment for a bit while dealing with other health issues. Dr. Baum also always goes out of his way to come over and say hello and ask how you are doing/make conversation when you are at an appointment. I was blown away by his achievements and communitive experiences.After working in the medical field I became very picky over doctors because there are far and few in between who are truly passionate about what they do. Dr.Baum is one of the few who is truly passionate, and his office culture/environment proves it.As far as treatment.. my daughter’s teeth are perfect and her treatment plan has followed the exact outline he gave to us on day 1. "I’ve been going to Baum braces for over 18 years now. All three of my children have gotten braces here. The staff is absolutely amazing. The office is always ready to help you and always greet you with a smile. All the orthodontists take their time to make sure they answer all of your questions. I am sad to say that my youngest child is going to be out of his braces in the next month or two so I will not be going there. I may need to get braces so I can keep seeing this amazing staff 😊I highly recommend Baum braces to everyone!!"

From initial consultation to final product, one of the most impressive orthodontists I have encountered to date. The office staff is kind and thoughtful and really appear to enjoy their jobs. The environment is friendly, comfortable and welcoming to children and adults alike from video games, fooz ball tables and prizes to coffee and magazines. My daughter's complicated case required referred oral surgery and braces, and resulted in a GORGEOUS smile. We OF COURSE returned for my teenage son to garner a similar smiling result which is coming along beautifully and now with our third blessed with less than aligned teeth, we would not even think of taking her anywhere else as this place is the hands down THE BEST! "This is on behalf of my daughter who recently got her braces off (4/25/17). Three years and 2 months later. I can't began to explain how amazing, friendly and welcoming the entire staff and Keith (he did the actual removal of the braces) in the Monroe office were. They made my daughter and I feel like one of the family every time. Dr. Baum is such a perfectionist that toward the end my daughter started getting impatient. Especially, during upcoming events (sophomore dance, Junior ring, her 16th birthday etc.,). Well, Dr. Baum with his pearly smile (LOL) ignored the pressure and made sure the braces came off when he felt that it was time. I also wanted to add, I am not one to leave a review for anyone. I knew I needed to do this and thank them from the bottom of my heart how happy my daughter is for her beautiful smile. You guys ROCK!!! By the way I loved all the different colors of uniforms on staff at every visit. Keep up the good work Dr. Baum!"

"I love it here it is such a family friendly place and no one here is ever in a bad mood if I could give 6 stars I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs braces or thinks they have a problem with there bite or teeth no matter how old you are you can feel like a kid again it is a excellent place I definitely recommend Dr.Baum flawless care taking they let you decide on what you and you get to feel like you in control there was also no problem scheduling appointments the staff here is also very professional and are fun to socialize with. When you walk in hear it isn't your regular dentist office it's ever kid and adults dream sometimes people won't realize it's a dentist office at first.
