"They were so nice when they put my braces on. They were sore to eat harder food, which they told me. They have a fun way for us kids to have fun there even though it's a dentist office. They have 2 packs for braces, and they explain everything step by step. They have raffles and all the dentists there worked very efficiently and professionally. They got braces on me the first day I went there, so they move very fast and don't make you go back all the time unlike other places I've been to. Doctor Baum was very helpful also. I definitely recommend Baum Braces to anybody looking for orthodontist work."

"Baum Braces doctors and staff are educated, knowledgeable and caring at a level that is rarely seen in most medical and dental offices. Even if your insurance is not accepted at their facility, do not rule them out. The doctors provided guidance throughout the past few years with one or two appointments annually in order to assure that my child received what was best for dental care and orthodonture now and in the future. I was able to get dental insurance through my job and found the most cost-effective plan in order to the wonderful payment plans that Baum has for braces, Invisalign, etc. Baum Braces provides care that is absolutely the best and we are very blessed to have found them!"

"They have an online rewards program for patients which allows the kids to earn points through visits and other tasks… example: wearing the Baum Braces shirt they are given. The points can in turn be redeemed for gift cards. They really to promote oral care while making the whole experience seamless and painless for both me and my little girl!hThey also have an SOS box on site available for patient, that is stocked with supplies (example: wax for the end of the wire if it comes loose from the braces). This is a great thing to have god forbid you can’t get to a 24 hour pharmacy.They truly think of EVERYTHING! They print out little passes for the kids to hand in to school so their absence/tardy can be verified/excused in event of an appointment. It has the date and time of appointment as well as the departure time.Bottom line, I am so glad I chose them to put my daughter’s smile in their hands. Thank you Baum Braces!"

"I started with Baum Braces when I moved to Newtown in 2016, I was already four years into having braces and they made the transition as comfortable and smooth as possible, I had a different set of brackets than the ones Baum typically used but it was no problem for them at all. I was in braces for a total of six years and they were always super flexible about appointments, adjustments, and any occasion where I needed something fixed, for example, a bracket had popped off and they were able to get me in the next day. If you’re new to the area or are just looking for an orthodontist, Dr. Baum and the rest of the team are amazing and I highly recommend them!"

The staff at Baum talked to us for an hour about the pros and cons of each, helped us with the cost and didn’t bat an eye about us switching at the last minute to Invisalign and setting up a new appointment. "From start to finish Dr. Baum and the entire staff have been exceptional in their expertise and care. At our consult, Dr. Baum spoke directly to our daughter, not “about” her to us. They are incredibly accommodating. We can go to any office and even on their day “off” there is someone who will open the office to handle emergencies. The offices are contemporary and inviting to children (and adults), making the “stress” of going to have braces put on much less of an issue. They plan fun activities, and have Facebook and Instagram pages to follow. There are game rooms for the kids to “relax” in and they earn rewards at visits which can be used toward sweat shirts, water bottles, basketballs and much more! Dr. Baum, and the ENTIRE staff, are warm, kind and supportive of both the patient and parent. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for any and all orthodontic needs!!"
